Front-End Web Developer

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage, maintain, and improve Blue Prism websites in English and local languages
• 
  Use markup languages like HTML/CSS/JS to create user-friendly digital experiences
• 
  Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve web usability
• 
  Assist in the development and implementation of A/B testing to help improve key marketing campaign performance, supporting global campaign managers
• 
  Work closely with back-end development agency, troubleshooting and debugging
• 
  Tune overall technical website performance metrics and improve page load times
• 
  Help create high quality design mock-ups and new layout prototypes
• 
  Ensure quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• 
  Stay up to date with emerging technologies

Our Ideal Candidate (Required):

• 
  4+ years’ Front-End Developer experience
• 
  Experience with JavaScript, CSS and jQuery
• 
  Experience with Content Management Systems
• 
  Experience with web browser testing and debugging
• 
  Experience implementing and optimizing best SEO practices
• 
  Excellent analytical and multitasking skills, able to juggle projects
• 
  Experience using a project management system, preferably Asana
• 
  Ability to work collaboratively with a small but very fast-moving team

Our Ideal Candidate (Preferred):

• 
  Basic PHP knowledge and experience
• 
  Basic experience working with web servers

  Experience using Craft CMS or similar
• 
  Experience with multi-lingual websites
• 
  Experience with web content personalisation
