Studio Retail has embarked on a transformation journey, that has already reaped incredible commercial success. We are looking for an experienced Lead Fashion Photographer to create relevant, targeted and exceptional fashion photography across all clothing and footwear ranges that promotes the products and brand in way that drives customer interest and generates sales – embedding the Studio brand. Develop and mentor the full photographic team, coach and advise on equipment and best practice.

What will you be doing?

• 
  Understanding the creative brief and work with the stylist and art director to get required look and feel of the campaign
• 
  Work closely with the production team on set up and timings for shots
• 
  Taking the best possible shot to fulfil the brief and present the product to its greatest potential
• 
  Undertaking amends to the photographs to ensure the best final shot is delivered/presented
• 
  Leading and managing a culture of high performance and the potential of people is maximised

  Experienced in the creative industry

  Experienced in working with fashion models

  Experienced in creating campaign level modelled fashion imagery
• 
  Experienced in creating campaign level still life fashion imagery
• 
  Creative and forward thinking
• 
  Outstanding creative and technical abilities
• 
  Experience of managing ad coaching junior team members
• 
  Strong communication skills
• 
  Background in photography
• 
  Willingness to learn
• 
  Excellent time management skills
• 
  Experienced in using a range of photography equipment and kits
• 
  Knowledge of the latest trends in photography and product presentation
• 
  Proven track record in using Photoshop effectively

  Excellent stakeholder management skills
