We currently have 3 vacancies to work in one of our phases supporting pupils with SEBD.


Maes Derw caters for 158 pupils from across schools in Swansea aged between 5 - 16 years.

All of our pupils have mental health, anxiety or social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD) and so, recent and relevant experience of working with pupils who have social, emotional and behavioural needs is essential.


All posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check.


Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers will need to be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) from 1st April 2016.


The posts will be available from 1st September 2023, or sooner where possible. Temporary until 31st August 2025.
