Role Overview & Specifications
Synapri are currently working with a very well-established Software-as-a-Service organisation, who are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to help build a technical roadmap to deliver high quality products to customers, in addition to line-managing a team.
The successful candidate will have a strong focus on people-management , including involvement with recruiting /onboarding new team members, completing appraisals and one-to-ones , setting objectives and deliverables, and mentoring/coaching/developing a team.
This role also requires someone who has strong hands-on technical abilities with the following tech stack:
- Strong back-end Java development
- Strong front-end React JS development (alternatively TypeScript, Vue.js, Angular JS)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure; AWS
- Knowledge implementing and running
Ci/cd
The Engineering Team Lead will be expected to perform code reviews, manage code-quality, design, write, and test solutions, troubleshoot builds and deployments, and collaborate with wider teams.
