The Job Role:

• 
  The Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with the day to day operations.
• 
  To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
• 
  Developing a high-performing and motivated team
• 
  To be customer focused
• 
  Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering sales and P&L

The Requirements:

• 
  The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• 
  Experience with managing large teams is a must
• 
  You will have passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• 
  The successful Assistant Manager will have previous experience in a high volume venue
• 
  An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
