A Bar Manager to lead a busy premium cocktail venue
To continually drive standards of drinks service forward
A Bar Manager to take full bar responsibility with full menu autonomy

The Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
Experience with creating exciting cocktail menus
Experience with managing large teams is a must
