The Package:

  Chef Manager

  £35,000per annum
• 
  Regular pay reviews

  Strictly Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
• 
  42 week contract

  10 weeks holiday per year

The Role:

• 
  Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
• 
  Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx 1000 students.
• 
  Chef Manager to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
• 
  A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only with enhanced holiday

The Requirements:

• 
  A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with a high-volume education contract catering background.
• 
  A genuine love for food
• 
  Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
• 
  Chef Manager experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
• 
  A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
