The Job Role:

  A Deputy General Manager to lead a successful brand and manage a late night premium bar
• 
  A Deputy General Manager to continually drive standards of drinks service forward
• 
  A Deputy General Manager to take full P&L responsibility
• 
  Developing a high-performing and motivated team

The Requirements:

• 
  The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• 
  You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• 
  The successful Deputy General Manager will have late night or London experience
• 
  An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
