The Package:

  Group Chef Manager

  £45,000per annum

  Funded travel

  Strictly Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)

  52 week role (lots of down time out of term as schools are closed)

The Package:

• 
  Group Chef Manager to support a fresh food operation.
• 
  100% fresh
• 
  Group Chef Manager to manage and develop kitchen teams
• 
  A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only with enhanced holiday
• 
  looking after a group of 16 sites

The Requirements:

• 
  A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with contract catering background.
• 
  A Group Chef Manager who knows how to do profit and loss
• 
  A genuine love for food
• 
  Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
• 
  Chef Manager experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
• 
  A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
