The Job Role
Operations Manager with a support manager.
To manage the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business.
To ensure food delivery is exceptional in every site.
To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
The Requirements
A strong Operations Manager with experience in managing a minimum of 8 contracts.
Previous background as an Operations Manager within education contract catering is essential.
A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
The successful Operations Manager will have a strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.

South London and surrounding home counties
A regional ‘road based’ role within the above areas.
