As our Service & Repair Mechanic, youβll go the extra mile for our members. Youβre the friendly face who turns up to your customers workplaces or homes to carry out the best in service, or repair work on an appointment basis. Want a bit more variety? You will also attend breakdowns and be the superhero rescuing your customers and getting them on their way.
In return, weβll go the extra mile for you, with training, support and opportunities for development.
Best of all, our working days are Monday to Friday with shifts between the hours 8am and 8pm with overtime available on Saturdays.

Salary: Β£40,000 OTE, Basic Salary, Β£34,507

What will I be doing?
Youβll be:
- A communicator: You are our master of diagnostics and fundamental in delighting your customers! You're comfortable sharing your knowledge and information in a way that your customers understand the situation and feel safe that their needs will be taken care of
- A self-starter: You thrive working independently or within a team, driving to different locations in all weathers. No two jobs are the same and you thrive on the variety of appointment-based work and breakdowns.
- A fixer/problem solver: You're excited to utilise your technical expertise to solve a variety of issues. Whether thatβs fixing the vehicle by the roadside or attending an appointment, you are the solution bringer and enable your customer to get on with their day
What do I need?
Youβll need:
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience
- Itβs essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
- To be happy working shifts, which could include early evenings and the occasional overtime on a Saturday.
