POSITION: Marketing Assistant

DIVISION: Dr Jart+

REPORTS TO: Omni Marketing Manager

The UK launch of Dr Jart+ in 2021 broke the internet and gained the loyal following that has kept growing ever since, with consumers loving high performing Korean skincare paired with the fun way it’s always brought to life.

Today we’re looking for a new Marketing Assistant, who is up for a challenge to help us take Dr Jart+ to new heights and keen to grow with the brand, while supporting a small and agile team.

Primary Objectives

• Assist in execution of end-to-end new product launches from market analysis to implementation


• Work together with Omni Marketing Manager and Consumer Engagement Manager to bring the brand to life in store, through digital channels and events
  

Responsibilities

• Support with planning for launches, incl. market benchmark, pricing recommendation, creation of internal communication materials
  
• Lead visual merchandising projects for the brand, working closely with the visual merchandising team on design and execution
  
• Lead implementation of retailer promotions and events


• Be responsible for regular competitor analysis and support manager in creation of monthly insight reports


• Coordinate pricing updates


• Lead sample allocation across all channels
  
• Provide administrative support for the team

Qualifications

• Enjoys working in fast-paced environment and handles pressure well


• Must be a self-starter, driven, proactive, flexible and able to handle multitude of projects at one time
  
• Have interest in culture and trends


• Be curious about the beauty industry
  
• Excellent organisational, analytical and computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint


• Very strong communication skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• A positive, can-do attitude


• Team player
