What will I do as Membership sales advisor?
As a Membership Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for driving new Health Club memberships in our hotel.
You’ll work closely with the wider sales team across our hotels to make sure we are maximising cross selling opportunities.
You’ll promote the hotels facilities through a range of activities and respond to enquiries - converting them into sales (after all that’s what you do best!)
Your number 1 priority will be to make sure that members and prospective members have a positive experience every time.
Is this the right sales role for me?
Probably goes without saying, but you’ll be someone who’s competitive and loves a target (so you can smash it!)
You’ll need to be someone who has a natural flair for multi-tasking and not afraid to manage the demands which come with a sales role.
You’ll need to have really good communication skills and be an active listener – how else will you be able to hear those all-important buying signals?
If you’ve worked in a leisure membership environment that’s great, but don’t worry if you haven’t because we will provide all the training you set you up for success.
