The ideal Area Cleaning Operations Manager will have strong leadership skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract retention.

Requirements for the Area Cleaning Operations Manager:
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to forward plan and work under pressure
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
  • Ability to work to tight timescales
  • Meeting KPI Targets
  • IT Literate
  • Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
  • Hold a full UK Driving License and be able to travel to sites
  • Previous experience as an Area Cleaning Operations Manager
