The Role

We believe a TONI&GUY reception is hugely important, the Front of House role is vital to the salon running smoothly and effectively. In this role you should:

• 
  Be committed to supporting the salon manager.


• Ensure all clients receive warm Authentic TONI&GUY welcome.


• Help with the product orders for both colour and Label.m.


• Organise the rotas for the assistants.


• Maintain an organised, beautiful Front of House environment.


• Support our stylists and technicians in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.


• Deliver hospitality levels of service.
