We currently have an opening for an experienced receptionist / sales adviser, this is a customer facing role so we would be seeking someone who is a confident communicator and well presented.
The Job:
ο¬ Meet and greet customer
ο¬ Taking booking
ο¬ Carryout out estimates to include materials and for-casting timescales
ο¬ Ensure materials, work, mechanics and times are recorded correctly of job cards
ο¬ Convert job cards to invoice
ο¬ Accepting and recording payments
ο¬ Promote the sale of service and accessories
ο¬ Liaise with Customers throughout the day to ensure they are up to speed with any progress on the vehicle
ο¬ Liaise with parts companies for the best quality and most competitive prices
ο¬ Liaise with pats companies to order parts
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8-5.30 statuary holidays plus Bank holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Β£30,000.00-Β£34,000.00 per year
