We are looking for an experienced Senior
What you'll be doing
Drive growth by developing strategic relationships with consulting partners, system integrators and technology partners such as BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture and the like
Develop go-to-market strategies to optimise sales delivery to ensure that there is a constant pipeline of opportunities
Build an ecosystem of partners and team up with cloud service providers, leading global and regional consulting companies, as well as local product partners / system integrators to increase pipeline and lead conversion
Work with a combination of consulting firms and system integrators and provide training, enablement and support to drive account growth and delivery
Focus on the continuous improvement of partner experience, investing in our platform, the programme and learning journeys
Develop and launch a partner program, lead the partner planning process, enable and grow partnerships across multiple territories
Provide guidance to partner prospects, build a mutual business plan and go-to-market strategy, coordinate partner trainings, both with sales and technical focus
Our expectations
8+ years experience in partner management within the banking, financial services or fintech space
Ideally coming from a strategy / technology consulting firm with a strong network and understanding of the professional services industry such as BCG, McK, Deloitte as well as Core Banking vendors
Proven experience as a successful account manager with the ability to demonstrate value, negotiate complex commercial terms, and sell to C-level decision makers
Ability to explain the benefits of working with partners to internal teams (sales, implementation, solutions consulting, product)
Strong team player who works independently, handling conflict resolution, and time management as well as solving problems and bringing new ideas to the team
Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively sell a technical product to both technical and non-technical audiences
