I'm looking for a reliable person to join a team proving 1-1 care & support for my son

Experience is not needed as full training will be provided, but is preferred, Reliability and enthusiasm is important.

24 hours per week - working Saturday & Sunday - 8am till 8pm

Owen is a 18 year old boy and has a rare condition called pelizaeus-merzbache disease, he spends his days in a wheelchair, he is verbal but requires close attention to be able to understand him.

Your role will include :

• tracheostomy care - you will need to know how to change incase of an emergency
• g-jet feeding
• moving and handling
• medication administration via g-jet
• oxygen
• nippy venterlater
• catheter suction
• clearway

I am looking for someone who is trustworthy with good communication skills.



A full driver's licence & own transport is essential



An enhanced DBS check will be required, however, the cost of this will be covered.
