Salary

  • Basic salary of £19,760
  • Uncapped Bonus scheme
  • Average earners make £300- £500 per month increasing your salary to £25,000
  • Top earners make £600- £800 per month increasing your salary to £29,000+
  • As it is uncapped you could earn even more

The Role as a Call Handler Agent will include
  • As a Call Handler Agent, you will be calling existing customers to discuss renewals or upgrade their contract with the client
  • Providing general customer support
  • As a Call Handler Agent, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and trying to upsell and secure their contract renewal

Pay: From £19,760.00 per year
