The Information Services (IS) Department is seeking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst to join our friendly team. You will work collaboratively across the university contributing to the delivery of high performing, innovative technology services and efficient and effective business solutions. A key member of the IS Digital Delivery team, you will take a prominent role in implementing best practice within the team, ensuring quality standards are met and continuously improved.


You will be responsible for undertaking investigative work on new proposals, detailed reviews and documenting requirements, processes and change impact assessments, and working with business and IT stakeholders on technology solutioning. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, experience of both Waterfall and Agile delivery, and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. The role involves hybrid working (from home and the University Campus in Portsmouth).
