Accommodation & Housekeeping Supervisor

£10.92 per hour
Contract Type:Seasonal (May to November)Hours: Hours are variable depending on arrivals and departures due each week. Core days are Monday, Friday and Saturday for regular check-ins and check-outs. Additional days may be required during peak times.Location

About The Role
Our Accommodation & Housekeeping Supervisors are responsible for managing the park accommodation team to ensure that high standards are maintained, health & safety requirements are adhered to and customer service standards are exceeded. Our Accommodation & Housekeeping Supervisors are hands-on, they manage the work allocation for their team and also carry out housekeeping tasks as needed. Our Accommodation & Housekeeping Team look after the cleanliness and presentation of our holiday hire accommodation as well as on-park facilities. The role is key to ensuring our customers receive the high standard of accommodation they expect from a Verdant park and, in the event of any problems, they are dealt with and resolved quickly and professionally.
About the Person:We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to supervise team members and demonstrate effective ways of motivating them to achieve excellence. You will need to be enthusiastic and well organised with a meticulous attention to detail. You should be able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and be able to prioritise effectively.Benefits
