About The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Community to work on growth, customer success and communication strategies to drive retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our target customers and be able to build relationships with them through multiple channels. You will work closely with the product and engineering team.

Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive growth
  
• Build relationships with customers and community members through online channels, including social media, email, customer support chat, calls etc.
• 
  Manage internal and external communications strategies
• 
  Prioritize and identify customer needs and develop solutions
  
• Support new product launches with marketing
• 
  Manage social media channels
  

Skills and experience

• 
  3+ years of experience in community management, customer success or marketing
• 
  Strong understanding web3 technologies
• 
  Experience with SaaS businesses
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Experience with tools including Discord, Intercom, Contentful, Hubspots, Notion and social media management tools (preferred)
• 
  Comfortable working in a startup environment
