What you will do:
- Support client engagements by assisting in the analysis of digital optimization and transformation opportunities
- Apply structured, analytical thinking to help reframe business challenges and develop hypotheses
- Help gather, consolidate, and document requirements, contributing to product development prioritization
- Work with data and analytics tools to surface insights that inform strategic recommendations
- Contribute to building client-ready presentations and recommendations under guidance
- Collaborate across teams to explore the intersection of digital technology and business
- Communicate ideas clearly and creatively — both in writing and in presentation
Requirements
What we expect:
- Around 3 years of experience in digital consulting, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field
- A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn, you embrace a growth mindset
- Ambition to think beyond the obvious and take initiative
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Solid analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in both German and English
