Pourquoi nous avons besoin de toi ?
Pour intégrer notre équipe Data, composée d’une cinquantaine de consultant.e.s et renforcer notre pôle Data Customer Insights.
Tes missions
Tu contribueras à l’amélioration de la connaissance client et constitueras une aide à la décision des équipes marketing de nos clients. Tu seras, entre autres, chargé.e des missions suivantes :
- Analyses de comportements clients,
- Segmentations,
- Scoring (churn, appétence, cross-sell,…),
- Analyses des performances de campagnes,…
- Dashboarding
Tu réaliseras des projets de bout en bout, et seras amené.e à intervenir sur les phases de la prise de brief jusqu’à la restitution des résultats et des recommandations marketing auprès des clients.
Ton profil
- Tu es diplômé.e d’un Master d’orientation statistique, scientifique ou économétrie.
- Tu justifies d’une première expérience significative dans le domaine du marketing, idéalement dans un environnement Conseil.
- Tu t’intéresses tout particulièrement à l’application stratégique et opérationnelle des données sur la connaissance client et les actions marketing / ventes.
- Tu possèdes des compétences marketing : capacité à effectuer des recommandations marketing, calcul d’un ROI, acquisition, fidélisation et rétention clients, identification de potentiel, de valeur et de durée de vie client
- Tu possèdes les compétences techniques & statistiques suivantes :
- Analyses descriptives simples et avancées
- Analyses prédictives
- Construction de scores
- Mise en place de segmentations opérationnelles
- Séries temporelles,
- Méthodes de redressement de populations
- Equations structurelles
- Expertise dans les langages de programmation statistiques et technos suivantes : Python et/ ou R, SAS, SQL Dataiku, Tableau/Power B
- Tu t’intéresses également aux méthodologies avancées type Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Intelligence Artificielle.

- Tu fais preuve d’esprit d’analyse et d’esprit critique, tu es team-player, tu aimes apporter ta pierre à l’édifice et faire partie d’une équipe, tu sais t’adapter, vulgariser pour faire le pont entre les équipes techniques et opérationnelles, tu es curieux et à l’écoute, tu exprimes une forte expertise dans ton domaine et adoptes une réelle posture conseil.
- Tu parles anglais couramment (nombreux clients internationaux).
