HGV Class 1 Drivers

Company DescriptionWarrens are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers on full-time, permanent contracts based at our Rugby site.

** Night Drivers Required 23:00-02:00 start time**

5 On 3 Off Shift £45,551.00pa basic pay (OTE £56,187.00 pa)

• 
  Shift rate of £199.68 per shift
• 
  £70 per week (paid monthly) Performance bonus*
• 
  Over time shift rate + £25 per day for carrying out overtime
• 
  Night shifts are paid at premium rate; additional £1.50ph for hours worked between 4pm-4am

**Shunters Required 17:00-19:00 start time**

• 
  Shift rate of £199.68 per shift
• 
  £60 per week (paid monthly) performance bonus*
• 
  Over time shift rate + £25 per day for carrying out overtime
• 
  Night shifts are paid at premium rate ; additional £1.50ph for hours worked between 4pm-4am
• 
  12 months Class 1 experience required along with tug shunting experience

Qualifications

• 
  Possession of HGV Class 1 Driver license with 12 months experience
• 
  Current CPC
• 
  Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours
• 
  Excellent communication skills
• 
  Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• 
  Effectively prioritize workload in order to meet set deadlines
