We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior HR Business Partner that can provide support to leaders and employees across Europe.
The Senior HR Business Partner play a key role in providing HR generalist support in functional areas including employee relations, leadership development, compensation & reward and change projects.

Reporting to the Senior Director of HR – International, this role will provide HR generalist support to a client group across Europe in functional areas including employee relations, leadership development, compensation & reward, organizational development and change projects. This position plays a key role in developing a high performance culture and positive working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Partner with business and HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and interventions to support the business needs
Maintain up to date knowledge of employment law and ensure that all policies and procedures reflect current status and that managers understand their obligations and responsibilities in this regard.
Serve as subject matter expert to the business on HR process design, implementation, employment law, talent development, and execution of all HR needs supporting business and employees with HR queries or issues.
Be a subject matter expert for HR best practice and impart knowledge to global HR colleagues, managers or staff where applicable or appropriate to do so.
Work in partnership with managers to provide advice and coaching on employment related issues to enable them to effectively handle issues including probation reviews/extensions, performance issues, grievances, disciplinaries, absences, terminations of employment.
Facilitate the annual HR lifecycle for client group including, the annual performance review process, compensation planning and talent management processes.
Work closely with business management and the global HR COEs to implement corporate policies & programs related to HR.
Contribute to the development of efficient, scalable HR processes, modified as appropriate to support corporate design and local needs.
Support organisational design and restructuring in multiple jurisdictions.
Provide support and guidance to employees in a confidential manner when required.
Keep abreast of employee engagement and morale within business areas and develop interventions to ensure a world class employee experience.

Skills, Experience and Attributes:
CIPD qualified
Strong HR generalist experience in relevant organization (eg start up, undergoing significant change agenda, international footprint)
Sound understanding and application of employment law, both locally in the UK and in one or more European jurisdictions (specifically Italy, Germany, Netherlands or Belgium)
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
Language skills – Italian, German, Dutch or French.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
International and/or experience working with one or more European markets
M&A experience (pre and post activity/change management)
Experience with HR Project Management
Strong influencer; proven consulting and coaching skills
Numerate & able to use excel to intermediate level; strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate and present data
Strong people skills; relates well to people from all backgrounds and levels; able to work across cultures

Working Monday - Friday 8.30 am – 5 pm
