What does a Senior Account Manager - [ 4Month - FTC ] do at WPP Production?Β
As part of the Client Services Department, you playΒ a central roleΒ in the business and are pivotal to the smooth running of your account. You willΒ be requiredΒ to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business andΒ be responsible forΒ managing projects from brief to final delivery on time and budget. You will be client focused and requireΒ good communication,Β organisationΒ and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality,Β processΒ and profitability.Β

What does a Senior Account ManagerΒ Β [ 4Month - FTC ] do at WPP Production, on the TJX account?Β
You will be working within the clientβs Activation Account team, implanted onsite working on behalf of the client. You will attend TJX office in WatfordΒ two/three timesΒ a week and occasionally work from theΒ WPP ProductionΒ office in London. You will deliver projects, working with TJXβs onsite in-house creative team. You willΒ be responsible forΒ managing projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring that TJX stakeholders, clients and agencies, adhere to set timings to ensureΒ a timelyΒ delivery of all projects.Β You will be working on a range ofΒ Digital MediaΒ projects, such as Web, Email and Paid MediaΒ

Client management responsibilities:β―Β
- Immerse yourself in the clientβs brand and offeringΒ
- Prepare client proposalsΒ
- Present and deliver creative work appropriately β take ownership of your work and ensure best in class delivery of work to a high standardΒ
- Provide weekly status reports, accompanied by a meeting or call as per client needsΒ
- Provide agendas and detailed contact reports following all client meetingsΒ
- Set and manage client expectations deliverables andΒ timeframesΒ
- Escalate all serious client issues to your line managerΒ immediatelyΒ and recommend solutions wherever possibleΒ
- IdentifyΒ areas for improvement of existing workflow and processes which couldΒ benefitΒ WPP ProductionΒ and/or the clientΒ
- Build strong day to day relationships with all clients and agency stakeholders β communication is keyΒ
- IdentifyΒ training requirements and opportunities for clients to ensure their adherence to processes and improve workflowΒ

Project Management responsibilities:β―Β
- Co-ordinate between all relevant parties, this might be internally within the client TJX, internally withinΒ WPP ProductionΒ or with other agencies and 3rdparty partners of TJX.β―Β
- Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIsΒ
- Manage client projectsβ―from brief to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest qualityΒ
- Follow agreed workflows and utilise relevant project management tools that the client uses β WorkfrontΒ andΒ Trello.Β
- Ensure clear division of responsibility forΒ appropriate filesΒ at each stage of the projectΒ
- Where project managers/producers are involved, take responsibility for ongoing communication, trackingΒ
- project progress and status vs. schedules, timings, delays etc.Β
- Manage,Β monitorΒ and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with stakeholdersΒ
- Monitor internal workflows,Β identifyΒ areas forΒ improvementΒ and make recommendationsΒ
- Ensure Schedules, technical specs and copy dates are obtained and correct, report any delays to ADΒ and/or TJX BAMΒ
- Check all materials (PDFs, emails etc.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clientsΒ
- Keep ADΒ and/or TJX BAMΒ updated on status of projectsΒ
- Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentationsΒ
- Help organise, attend (ifΒ required) and minute meetingsΒ
- Manage your workload effectively and highlight to your line manager if support isΒ requiredΒ to ensure successfulΒ
- completion of a projectΒ
- Manage other team members and become a mentorΒ
- Provide administrative support team asΒ requiredΒ

This role reports to the Account Director, but you will have a dotted reporting line into a client leadΒ (Brand Activation Manager.Β
You will work closely with Creative, DigitalΒ andΒ Production teams.Β
