Vintage Store Supervisor (dual site)

We sell 90s & Y2K vintage clothing!

We are looking for a new full-time team member to join our team as our Store Supervisor! We are a start-up business founded in 2021 selling sustainable vintage clothing sourced from all over the world.

Our first retail store opened on Brick Lane at the end of January! We are excited to confirm we will be opening a second location 2 minutes away from our current Brick Lane store - the new Supervisor will be supporting the Store Manager in managing and overseeing both locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaing visual merchandising standards across both locations
• Ensuring daily tasks are completed and our policies are followed at all times
• Ensuring the stores are always kept tidy and well organised
• Leading by example to drive the teams to provide an amazing customer experience and creating a relaxed enjoyable shop atmosphere
• Using our Square till systems as well as handling cash and card payments
• Supporting the Store Manager by sharing insight the stores performance, for example, best selling items, footfall trends and stock levels

- Genuine interest in vintage fashion and clothing trends

- Experience as a supervisor or assistant manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
