Scope Of Role

Reporting into the Creative Department, you will shoot, create and edit our videos to be used across our marketing channels including the website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and potential TV campaigns. Deliver actionable recommendations to drive business growth, efficiency and return on investment. Highly creative with an attention to detail. Commercially aware and strong understanding of marketing and ecommerce, confident in presenting ideas to support business decisions and change.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the creative team to generate industry leading content. Following projects from concept through to delivery and/or live environments.
• Shoot fun and engaging content both in our in-house studios and on location which will require staying away with work
• Working with the production team to further the capabilities of our sets and equipment
• Provide video editing services for the marketing team, social team and wider business
• Ability to create different quality videos efficiently
• To be able to shoot still life video content
• Shoot ecommerce videos to support new product launches
• Deliver weekly channel performance updates and insights on video
• To be able to present competitor analysis

Skills And Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification or experience within a marketing or e-commerce environment
• Advanced videographer skills
• Ability to identify complex problems and present workable solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
• Keen to learn new software and techniques
• Strong fashion eye and good understanding of fashion and advertising trends
• Good time management skills to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of marketing channels and user experience
• Editing programmes knowledge
• Confident creating lighting setups and proposing ideas for sets
• Instagram/TikTok/Snapchat efficient
• Shooting creative content on both iPhone and professionals’ cameras
• Experience on set and capturing reactive content
• Ability to remain reactive to the business
• Working with creative team on new ideas and concepting for campaigns
• Desirable – photography and retouch skills
